Purchased the CoS box set. It came in with a damaged coin pouch. It looked like the plastic it was wrapped in may have snagged the fabric of the coin pouch and just slightly damaged the front of the pouch over the logo. NOT a big deal, and I reached out to support and they got it replaced ASAP with no issues. Fantastic. I would rate 5/5 stars because I love everything so much and I know weird things happen every now and then but I just wish it came with some Miniatures. Personally I feel like the finger puppets don’t hold much value to my campaign or my players, and would instead prefer minis. I see minis in other box sets so I’m surious as to why they don’t include them in this legendary box. Even if it’s just Strahd. But it would be great to get some of the major NPCs. Either way, great box set, definitely don’t regret it, and excellent customer service! I just wish for the price they’d include some minis.
